Strongly dont recommend !!!

This is rediclues. I dont recommended to but things from them. They sent me wrong item. They said that it is of course their fault. They offered to send me the right itemp and agree also that I can return wrong item on their cost and since then it pass like a month and no one bother to process this. Very unprofessional people owning and working at that company. I wanted to full refund so they offered only 50% and I agree to actually jave the right item I oreded and silence. Big silence. They are the best for dont give a shit about their customers. I strongly do not recommend anyone to do business with them.

Don't buy it, it's a scam

The quality and presentation of the product are not what I expected. I feel ripped off. It looks much better in the social media photos, with polished metal. What I received was a cruder, lower-quality product; it's not premium in any way, not in the details, the packaging, or anything else. I would pay around $80-$100 for this product, but not what it costs. Furthermore, the shipping process was cumbersome and slow. I absolutely do not recommend it.

The reality is quite different. In order to ship to your country, we need some additional information to clear customs. We asked you for this information, and twice the shipment was returned to our warehouse because the ID number did not match your name, which is beyond our control.

We apologize for the frustration and if you wish, we will refund you 100%, but we would still like your order to be delivered, so if you could please email us the correct information, you will receive it free of charge and change your mind about what you wrote here. These insults, dictated by frustration, cause real damage to the image of a company that puts so much effort into its work every day. It is not respectful.

It's completely different from the…

It's completely different from the advertisement. I previously bought a similar product for 5000 yen. It's slow from shipping to arrival. I won't buy it again.

Beautiful design and looks awesome once Apple Watch is in the case. It is quite finicky and time consuming to unscrew the case and to shorten the bracelet though. Make sure you have a magnifying glass when you do the procedure.

i never received my watch…

I NEVER received my watch… but paid $300 for the watch. i’m now wondering if this company has turned into a scam. I’ve been sending emails over the last few days with no replies. Please beware of buying.

Poor, poor, poor

It isn’t bad enough that I ordered this watch case in October, however it came with no instructions and no tools to open it up and place my Apple Watch. Very, very, very disappointed.

I pre-ordered an item in November with…

I pre-ordered an item in November with an expected shipping date of December 2024. After December came and went with no updates, I reached out multiple times via email and received no response. Eventually, I was told there were production issues and the new estimated ship date was January 2025.

Again, there were no further updates until February. When I expressed my frustration with the lack of communication, I was met with a dismissive and unprofessional response — I was told it was my fault for “not understanding what I was purchasing.” The company took no accountability, instead blaming me and vaguely citing production issues as being “out of their control.”

From March to April, I heard nothing. I honestly forgot about the order until I finally received a shipping update recently. The item is supposedly on its way now, but after this experience, I will never purchase from this company again.

It typically took 3–4 emails just to get a single reply. Customer service was extremely poor, and their refusal to accept any responsibility was shocking. I’m a pretty laid-back person and have never felt compelled to leave a review—positive or negative—but this was just that bad. Being blamed for the company’s failure to communicate was incredibly disappointing.

Buying from this company feels like a gamble. You pay upfront, then cross your fingers you’ll actually receive your order, and hope you won’t have to fight to get any answers. I strongly advise others to steer clear.

Furthermore, we never intended to place the blame on you — our explanation was misunderstood. We fully take responsibility for the situation. In fact, all of our customers, including yourself, will receive a 20% partial refund as a gesture of apology.
What we meant to explain is that the delay was caused by our supplier, who initially guaranteed us a maximum production time of 45 days.
That said, we have never hidden the situation: we kept all pre-order customers updated by sharing videos, photos, and technical details about the production stages and the unexpected issues we encountered. Transparency is a core value for us.

We are confident that once the product is delivered, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by its exceptional quality, and the wait will have been worth it.

The order was delayed for months

The order was delayed for months. Pathetic customer service. Despite asking to cancel and refund they still shipped me the product about about a 5 month delay. Absolutely untrustworthy company and you should not consider buying from them

Very bad quality. No return possibility. Scam.

I did not receive the item I purchased.
I asked for tracking number many times, did not get it as well. I received one email, in which I was told that tracking number will be provided soon. Very disappointing.

Edit: I have received the item I purchased, after around 3-4 weeks. But it’s way different than in pictures. Quality is really low, it is even looking different than in photos. I wanted to return the item, but there is no return policy at the web and nobody is replying my emails.

Resume: It’s very disappointing and basically It is just a bit more sophisticated SCAM.
