If It goes wrong the customer service is abysmal
Ordered a desktop PC off amazon from SE Recycling, we used it a few times a week no problems.
After 6 months we had an issue where the computer didn’t turn on when i was due to work from home on the monday morning. I called the company and was told, i would get a call back, nothing for hours so i rang again and was put through to ‘technical support’.
They didn’t even try and fix my issue just said a new computer would be with me the next day.
My wife stayed in all day, so i called mid afternoon to find out what was going on. I was told to email in the morning as he was in his way home and couldn’t check the system.
Emailed with my order number and was supposed to receive an email back about my delivery. all i received was this one sentence ‘After checking the system it currently shows it will be delivered tomorrow’ No tracking info, no details of who’s delivering etc.’
I have chased 9 times for simple things and its been painful. Its now Friday and i still have no replacement computer, refund or apology.
