Sephora Tritone is super! Aside from the massive selection of products to choose from, the best part was the customer service from ALESSANDRA, who basically rescued me when my baggage was delayed. I needed skincare and cosmetics to get me through my travel to Rome. ALESSANDRA tried out new products on me and I left feeling beautiful in Rome!

I was pickpocketed in this store. Lost my new wallet, my bank card and 2 credit cards. Very little concern. I was told it happens all the time there. I think the security guards are in on it. Would never go back. Clearly they know and aren’t doing anything. I say do without …a lot less aggravation.

So.....my second review. After this if this is not sorted out I will do a video about the treatment at Sephora from staff and as I am finding out by management. I looked up the CEO email address and even that does not exist - so we mere mortals must not contact or reach out to the high & mighty but let me fill you in....the high and mighty exist because us mere mortals shop at your stores never forget that- without customers you would be sending your resumes out so don't think that it is always going to go okay for you. Me a consumer and as I am reading all the other reviews are sick of disrespectful staff and policies that change according to one's whim - it does not work that way- a policy is on place for a reason & should not differ by countries - that is absurd to say the least. I had a return email from the CEO assistant it seems today & it has gotten my back up again....so if this is all not sorted by tomorrow I will be posting a video outside Sephora Terni informing all us mere mortals that we are sick & tired of being treated with disrespect.
Rude security!
Went in for a browse and maybe to buy something. My daughter and I tested a body cream which had already been opened. Next thing security is shouting at us. We start trying to leave as couldn’t understand what he was saying and we felt embarrassed.
He radios a member of staff who comes over and she went to get manager. Explained the cream was already open and happy for them to check the cameras to see we didn’t break the seal. She said it was fine and allowed us to leave but we felt totally humiliated as everyone was looking at us. Put us right off going to Sephora. Big mistake .. huge!

I am a regular customer of this Sephora location but in the past have never had any issues with a product I have purchased. This last transaction, I purchased a liquid eyeliner by Fenty and after attempting to use it a few times at home, it became clear that the eyeliner was itself defective and did not have an even distribution of black liquid to the tip of the pen. I went back to this Sephora location to inform them of the issue and request an exchange and what did they do? First, their register employee took my hand and painted a line on it and said "see it works" -- when the line itself was faint and not evenly distributed or attractive. The fact that she touched me at all is unacceptable. Then, they passed me from one store employee to the next trying to explain that the defective product cannot be exchanged. I showed them my receipt which is also reflected in my Sephora fidelity account to which they said that without knowing the exact time of purchase, that they could not exchange the product. Lucky for me, my credit card insures me against sub par business practices like this -- but for the future I will NEVER shop here. This Sephora store does not follow or adhere to the store policies listed online or in the Sephora branches in the USA where exchanges and returns are easy. This store disrespects their customers and takes absolutely no responsibility for selling defective products and in addition, their front staff and manager were rude, unskilled and uneducated. AVOID.

I ordered many times from Sephora (IT). Let me tell you my experience. The amount of times I received my orders late… Customer service is terrible . After spending over 1000€ worth of products over a year, I asked for the invoices for my annual tax returns, but they declined to share them due to their unnecessary protocols of asking them up to 30 days after purchase. I even begged them to help at least that time, but they were cold in response. My last order was and is the LAST from them, as here I am, asking for an invoice on time but NO RESPONSE . One time my order got stolen and I received an empty box, they refunded me and blamed the delivery company (THEY TOLD ME IT HAPPENS OFTEN). Don’t order online expensive items, you’ll regret it, as it was my mom’s birthday present that never arrived. I am done with them. You lost me for sure. I’d suggest you to cut the BRT service, which steals products, change the way you treat your customers, maybe try to care!
For sure I will delete my Sephora Italy app after my late order arrives.

I had the pleasure of shopping at Sephora store in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele in Milan both yesterday and today. During my visits, I was especially impressed by the assistance I received from one of team members, Simon.
He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, particularly when it came to introducing the products and offering personalized recommendations based on my needs. His cheerful and friendly attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable.
Before making any product suggestions, Simon performed a digital skin and hair analysis for me. I found this level of personalized service very tailored and genuinely useful.
I also want to highlight that this store is located in one of the busiest areas of Milan and attracts a high volume of international visitors. Despite the demanding environment, the staff worked tirelessly and with great dedication. For this reason, I find some of the negative reviews I've read about the store to be somewhat exaggerated and not reflective of the reality I witnessed.
Thanks again to Simon and the entire team for delivering such a positive and professional shopping experience.

I placed an order with the Click & Collect in store delivery option, after paying online. I picked up my order and I changed my mind about some products and I wanted to return them. The store told me they couldn't physically refund me even though I paid for it online, even though on their website it's explicitly written that my options after returning something were to choose between a refund, an exchange or a gift card. They told me they could only give me a gift card.
Customer service on the phone told me that it's up to the store whether they offer refunds on orders that are picked up from their store, even if they were being paid for online. This wasn't written at all anywhere and I find it borderline fraud to state you're able to do something and not explain anywhere that that's actually not true. Quite a disappointing experience, next time I will always choose to have my orders home delivered so in case I'll have to return it I won't be scammed into a gift card I didn't want

Pay attention!! They don't keep their promises! My box arrived without the promotion I signed for: for a more of 100€ shopping products they said you gonna receive 16 mini size products for free. But it wasn't. My box arrived the day after with everything inside but this promotion. They said was my fault I did not fill correctly the form, but obviously I did it in the right way. Sad to say but sephora.it has changed and the experience in shopping is no more the old it used to be. I was a HUGE fan of Sephora, but now I 'm bit disappointed, every time more.
