Sometimes, it feels like there are no promotions and special prices at all although officially they are in place. But you know, it is not quite beneficial. But when they have special campaigns, this is my favorite time. Quite beneficial. It is a high-quality skin care and makeup product at the same time. Assortment could be different and richer than in other chains of cosmetics out there.

I ordered a package in November but didn’t receive this packge until next year.
I had to reach out and ask Sephora where my package was but all they could say was that they need to wait for the courier to respond. They wouldn’t give me a refund or send another package until then. I kept calling and writing them.
After all these conversation exchanges for the past two months, I finally called aramex to sort out this situation and they were able to deliver it to me the next day. I kept asking Sephora for Aramex’s number but they did not even provide it to me, and I had to look it up myself.
Sephora HK customer service has been completely useless. They ignore me often and don’t follow up unless I contact. I am an avid fan of Sephora but have made a vow to NEVER ORDER FROM SEPHORA HK EVER AGAIN. Their operations are disgraceful and disguising to the customer. I have ordered my beauty products from Net a Porter instead. I will be doing business with them from now on. All this effort I had to make in following up with Sephora has been a waste of my time.
I have also told all my friends about this and will write countless reviews on trustpilot, google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms. I feel scammed by Sephora. Don’t waste your time with this service, go find other beauty websites to order instead !!!!
