I ordered 2 Waist Twisting and Exercise Balance Boards from Separatelypm.
On trying to use them, the first one broke and the second was not functional.
I requested a refund only to be continuously told that the correct items were shipped.
At no point did I dispute that the items delivered and ordered did not match.
In my humble opinion, SEPARATELYPM is not a company to be trusted and it seems they send inferior items to their customers without any avenue for redress.

I ordered a product in January
I ordered a product in January. It has been a month exactly and the package was supposedly in Utah, it has not moved since then. I have asked for a refund and all I get is the run around. Do not order from this company, they are a scam company!! Heed my advice and save yourself the headache! It’s pathetic and I’m so over it but can’t get my money refunded!!!

Checked with my Post Office and the tracking number they supplied is Not recognized.
