No support. Tool is rather unreliable : scans can "run" for years without results, and some sites are marked as 404 (while they are fully accessible from other tools). Definitively NOT worth the money, really. If you want to spend 500€ / year, spend them wherever you want but not in this tool.
They can all pour gasoline on them selves and play with matches, that's what they can do to help.
I'm so tired of all these scammers and IDIOT MORONS who use shady, horrible techniques to block access to their fake support with these STUPID SUPPORT BLOCKING SCAM BOTS!!

I often use "Seo checker", which allows me to analyze any web page in depth and give me solid tips on what needs to be improved or missing to rank higher. "Keyword Explorer" is also very well built, to find out what the search volume looks like, and examples of related searches that are done. Recommends SEO Tests Online to everyone, a solid and stable product for a great price!

We also remember to every customer with an email alert 3 days before the plan renew remembering to switch off the auto-renew if not satisfied with our service.
The TOCs of a service like ours are in all respects equivalent to a contract and we have never hidden our policies that you find always on our website, during the registration flow and so on.
Forgive us for our rigidity in the application of the policies but in the past, we had a much friendlier policy and this has led to us being subjected to several waves of abuse by malicious users.
This is the reason why we strictly apply our policies.
