If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered my knife sharpener 2 months ago and haven’t received it. I emailed the company a month ago and they said I would be getting my order next week. Obviously a lie. Run as far away from this company as you can! They are a scam!!!!!

I just received my Senzu sharpener. However, the piece that sharpens the knife was not in the unit and/or box. I called the company and they want me to send them a picture and an email. This is ridiculous so I’m going to send it back for a refund. It should have been received properly. I paid $36.96 through an advertisement for the product and now I have to send it back and pay for the shipping and handling. I should have bought it from Amazon for $21.96. I am so disappointed.

Later I changed my mind and sent the email and attached a photo. I didn’t want to have to go to the post office, wait in line and pay out of pocket to return the item. They responded immediately that they had received my correspondence with request.

This company doesn't seem to exist at all. They took my money and nothing has arrived. Their help line is not receiving messages so there doesn't seem to be anything that I can do

I ordered a sharpener and money was taken from me but the sharpener never arrived. Not even a notifaction that the order was received. Stay away

I am receiving a $21 monthly charge but don't know why? Paid through PayPal. I cannot find a contact number or other method, email, etc on how to contact the company

Senzu took £24-80 from my bank on April 12th 2023, I still have not received my knife sharpener !

I bought the sharpener on the 10/7/ 22 before i went away for seven weeks. when I come back there was no sing of the delivery. I send an email to ask where are my sharpeners and I am still waiting for a positive answer.
if it is not a scam the it is a bad company.

I ordered a Senzu knife sharpener on the 18th June. On the 20th I received an email saying it 'has recently shipped' (strange english).
I did not receive the order. I have now emailed them twice but received no reply. The sharpener still has not arrived.
I think this is a scam.
UPDATE 4th July:
I forwarded my Trust Pilot review to Senzu (above) and said I would amend it if I received the sharpener. This then arrived on 2nd July, together with a note from their 'award winning customer service representative' saying that I could return it to an address in Idaho. Perhaps that is why it took so long to arrive. Their customer service needs some improvement.

Despite the previous review I have nothing but praise for this company. I made a mistake with my online order and emailed semzuknifes. Within the hour on a Saturday morning I received an email confirming that they have refunded me my over payment. That's pretty good service by anyone's standard.

This company accepts and takes your money very quickly.Unfortunately they ignore requests to refund your payment, for any reason.
I ordered and paid but never received, yes you do have tracking but the item never seems to move anywhere or perhaps very slowly and not to intended destination.It may well turn out to be a scam.
