The system was very well put together
The system was very well put together. Directions were easy to follow. I have recommended this system to people already. The only thing that i wasn't happy with is the that it wasn’t clear when i bought the system I needed the vacuum pump,andaptor, and gauges.

I received a wrong trim piece on my 24k…
I received a wrong trim piece on my 24k unit. Senville took care of it and sent the right part out. This was more than 3 years from the purchase date. When we got around to getting it done we only realized it was the wrong part when we went to install the trim piece. It looked like the right part

It is still in the box!
I ordered, it was delivered. It has not been installed our used at all. Ask my in 13 months when I have a chance to value it.

The process was seamless once Senville got all of the documentation and information required. One suggestion, put all of that info in the initial email about the warranty process and that might speed things up a bit.

After 3 years
After 3 years, a Replacement part was needed for 1 out of 4 split systems.
I called, I got a live agent, I explained what the hvac technician told me & they sent the part out immediately!
