What a pity and what a terrible customer service !
We have used SentryKit for many years to manage our Amazon accounts and the alerts were a very useful tool to run our business.
In January Sentrykit announced that they had troubles with the Amazon API and that they encountered issues. It's been 6 months and the issue is still not solved. The service is down and their Customer support is TERRIBLE. Sentrykit answers to us once in a while and does not provide any real support while we keep paying for their service.
We cancelled our subscription and will use another tool from now on.
