Received my tickets the day before the event! Everything was great. Newsflash sideline passes are not the same as tickets into the game! But sensational did everything else they said they'd do.

Got great 50 yardline seats and Sensational Seats was the cheapest site I could find after all the service fees. Thanks for a great experience!

This is the worst! I ordered tickets Dec.3rd For Dallas Cowboys home game against Arizona for Jan.2nd. Said I would be recieving my Dec.7th. sec.244 row10.Didn't recieve them can't track your tickets. I don't know Evan what seats i.ll be in. I called I was told to get my tickets from Seat geeks App. So I go on there no no tickets under my name. I called back discussed this problem NO Tickets Showing up. Called back no answer! Get a call back I'm explaining haven't recieved no tickets are xmas present to my wife that loves Dallas.I was told tickets should be released. So I order parking pass got that with in minutes of purchase again told I should be seeing themby the Dec.24th NO TICKETS. When purchasing tickets from Seat geek you will recieve your tickets with your seat numbers with in minutes of purchase. I demanding a a refund I've been lied too several times. I have no tickets. Don't wanna go be like the other guys ,.I drive 14 hours to sit in a parking lot looking like a schmuck to my wife Can't plan a trip with no tickets get it. This place is not real. It is a joke. Spent $1600 on tickets and they will. Or call me back or respond to my emails. My email was one letter off so they can’t send me anything. Tried to call to tell them but customer service is non existent. Order number 35566673

As like alot of the other reviews could not download tickets kept get error message saying it was not a secure site. Called several time on phone but was on hold listing to the dread elevator music for over 30 mins. Did get responds 10 mins before game started (but bought scaped tickets already) with instruction on the download from another party. My recommendation is that Sensational Seat fires their third party company and hands it in house. They way you would get better reviews. Myself I will NOT use or recommend your company again.

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would. I ordered tickets for a ball game that started at noon and 45 minutes before kick-off I did not have a link to those tickets. I followed all instructions and protocols and got nothing. Finally at 1:37 p.m. I received a link to the tickets. It was halftime. I had already scalped tickets from a buyer at the game. They have been horrible not responding to emails and I was on hold for over 20 minutes on two different phone calls with no response. DO NOT USE THIS TICKETING SERVICE!!!!!!

Sent link to download digital tickets, but clicking the link produced an error page that said, "This connection is not private." I tried two different browsers while signed into a secure, password protected network. Also tried on my cell phone and got the same error message. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company.

Unfortunately, some of its employees do not explain things as well as they should. I finally, was able to contact an employee that had a better understanding of the company. She did an amazing job at putting me to ease and fix the issues I had.

Only after the 3rd call to them and speaking with a supervisor, did we finally get our ticket (that we bought 2 months before) 6 hour before kickoff. Will not use them again.

Got the seats I paid for and it was an easy process.

When 'Hamilton' rolled in to our city (yes.... 'Hamilton': Famous for huge demand and low supply) I set my alarm, was online early, got in the virtual line for the venue box office, waited and waited.... and STILL did not get tix. Luckily, Sensational Seats saved the day. They had plenty of good seats to choose from. Ordering was fast and easy, (their website is a dream to use) and I received my tickets when they said I would. My Hamilton-loving 11 year old, her friend, my mom, and I absolutely loved the show, and we're so thankful for Sensational Seats!

Absolutely recommend this company to everyone. Customer service is fantastic, most helpful far and beyond!

I purchased my tickets online. The seating chart was not set up correctly and I purchased tickets that did not exist in the venue. When I called to fix the issue, I was told I should have just called to get my tickets (then why have an online way to do it?), and that the technical department would get back to me. No one ever got back to me and I am just hoping that the tickets I bought are worth the money. In the customer service and online venue seating chart accuracy they get a 1-star from me.
