Received my delivery very disappointed on how it just put together could smell the products even though I had not opened it at this point. Tops on the products very not secure. No response after sent an email

Absolutely awful- never received the order and despite numerous emails and attempts at contact including proof from Royal Mail parcel was lost in system- no reply.
Don’t waste your money with this company and if you want the products either use Amazon or its stocked at discount stores.

Been using Senorita Sparkles for years with brilliant service, however this time round I haven't received my delivery and they aren't responding to my emails. When looking at reviews this seems to be happening a lot now

Slow service and they delivered the wrong order. The order was poorly package in sticky tape, so one of the items leaked.

There are better companies out there.

My parcel was totally ruined lids wasn't put on properly royal mail had to put it into plastic bags all i was offered was the one that leaked everywhere refunded bearing in mine it is over everything including my sofa it went straight in the bin

My recent order is incomplete. I emailed the company, and it was returned "cannot deliver email to this address."
It is the only email on the invoice.
