Bras look lovely but aerobics way too small for me! Not even close! There is no phone number, email, or address to contact for a refund...even though they state thy will return fullamount paid!😡

I wish I could give it a zero. Worst bra I’ve ever bought. Very difficult to get on and off. Hard to adjust. Junk. I highly recommend not buying it.

Paid for expedited shipping and almost a month later still haven't received anything. Beware of scammers!!

The bra does not cover me fully or lift me up as it should. I am having a difficult time returning them back for a full refund. The postal office can't locate them.

If I could give negative stars-I would. They say 30 day returns. What they don’t say is you pay postage to return to Hong Kong. What a rip off. Do not buy from this company

I I never received mine. I ordered them on 12/17/25 I paid $42.97 and if I had read all these reviews before I would’ve never ordered them my transaction ID number is FA4DD8A7A 13 it would be nice if they would just send me my money back email

They can improve by getting a stateside return shop! So ppl don't have to pay a fortune to return the bras to HONG KONG! Because the shipping to send them back is more than the bras are worth. They get you to buy 3 bras by saying buy one get 2 free! So we do, we love ❤️ a great deal! But when you get them they are 3 sizes to small and then they tell you you have to send them back to HONG KONG to get a full refund but it costs anywhere from $40+ to send them back!! It's a BIG RIP OFF! BIG SCAM !! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! The only reason they got a one star 🌟 is bc you can't go any lower!!!

Horrible bras! You can not wear tight fitting tops because these bras are laced up and look bumpy 🤮🤮😡

My wife ordered from Seniorsbra.com, gave them her size and they sent the bras. Bad news, same as others who have posted here, the bras do not fit, not even close. Contacted the company on their website after email and complained. To get a full refund, they want her to send the bras back to their Hong Kong factory at her expense or take a 30% refund and keep the bras. As they are not able to send the correct size bras, best idea is not to order from them. They obviously don't care about their customers. Not a good company to do business with.

Junk, would never order anything ever again. They lost the order then went and reordered after I told them to cancel the order. They are a fraud company!

This company is very deceitful! First of all, the bras are horrible. They were sent to me from City of Industry, CA. But, yes, to return, you must send to Hong Kong. They cost around $40. The cheapest shipping to Hong Kong is USPS at $45! So I'd be down $5! I kept pressing them and they finally said keep them and we'll reimburse 40%, so that's about $15 or so. They suck! Both the bras and the company. It isn't right! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM! I wish I'd read reviews on here first. My mistake, unfortunately.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT buy from this website or company. The company is not in the USA, the company does not stand behind their products. The company is ripping you off. Poorly made product, does not take back returns, will not refund your money.

Sorry I didn't read the reviews prior to ordering. If the bras don't fit, the buyer is given an address in Hong Kong to return them at the buyer's expense. Otherwise, the buyer can keep the articles and receive a refund of 20% of the value. I'm guessing that 20% equals the difference between getting a full refund while paying return shipping and just keeping the items.

Sizing is EXTREMELY small! About 6 sizes too small. Their sizing chart is for women from a different culture/stature. It’s at least 3 cup sizes too small AND 8 sizes too small. . And then they only offer 20 percent refund!! Shipping return to HONG KONG not free!

The bras are comfortable, but give no support. I suggest, if you order, to get a size bigger. They do not have the side and back support that they say they have. I will wear them at home or to run errands, but not to work. It also takes a long time to receive them. When I took them out of the package, I thought that they might be okay. I washed them before trying them. Waste of money!

I can't rate them low enough. Got an address to send back bras that where ordered correctly and dont fit. Paid over 35.00 to ship to the address provided to be returned to me with no such address. When i emailed them to tell them they gave me the incorrect address there was nothing they can do to compensate me for their mistake. Company is slowest response to emails and the bras should be categorized as a lounge sleep bra no support. I finally after dealing with this since b4 may got my 20% refund of $11. Wow.

Let the buyer beware.
I ordered bras. They advertised a no-hassle return policy. They did not send me the size I ordered. When I said I wanted to return them and get a refund, they said I needed to mail them, at my expense, to Hong Kong. (they had been sent to me from an address in the US). Mailing them toHong Kong would cost roughly half the cost of the bras.

I told them that wasn’t reasonable since they sent me the wrong size.
The representative I was texting with, Jeremy, said they sent the size I ordered. I pointed out they were much larger than all the others I have of that size. He said the factory shows they sent the right size.

First they offered me a 20% refund and a 20% credit towards a new order. Why would I trust them to send the right size?

Then they changed and offered a 40% refund and I could keep the bras. I can’t use the bras and I don’t know anyone that large.

It’s a total rip off, and the bras are not even good quality.

They don’t care that they sent the wrong size.

This is the worst company I have ever ordered from. I have not received my merchandise that was paid for with a credit card. This company is a fraud and something should be done to prevent them from scamming other people.
