I just wanted to recognize Mr. Richard Tournesy and Ms. Robin Evitts who have been doing an outstanding job at the Carlisle here in Palm Beach, Florida. We placed my mom, Sharon Hanley, at the Carlisle almost two years ago after my dad passed away. While it was difficult for her to adjust at first Robin and Richard saw to it that she was well cared for especially during Covid and went out of there way to make sure they could assist her with any issues she had. They are both very responsive to any inquiries I have and have always come up with the right solution for us. Too many people are fast to critize or complain so I wanted to take a moment to share our experience with the folks that are running your facility. You could not have picked a better team and they are doing a wonderful job. The food is oustanding and we were happy to hear that renovations are planned to bring the Carlisle up to todays standards.

I have live in one of your buildings for 5 years and the manager, Ms. Agno has refused to replace molded bathroom and kitchen cabinets. She inspects my apartment 5 times a year but never does anything about the mold. The building is infested with mice. And the managers and staff think they can come into my apartment without permission even if I am not dressed. When I took action to complain in Court, the manager decided to kick me out of the apartment, even though I always paid rent on time and never caused any trouble. She would rather see me homeless than to eliminate the mold from my apartment.
