Good service and customer-friendly

My girlfriend and I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Frederik Mads Bjørke at SENG Frederiksberg while searching for a bed for our new apartment. We cannot praise him enough for the exceptional customer service he provided. Great service and advice!

Good personal service with high quality product

We bought our new beds in Køge and the sales person was very helpful throughout the process. At no point, there was any impression of trying to push for more expensive options, but merely explaining what was there and the benefits of the configuration. We ended up having a new bed (5 weeks production time) delivered to the door. Quality is superb and we haven't slept that well for a very long time.
One remarkable thing - my wife asked for an option, that was not available in the shop and the salesperson without hesitation directed us to where we could get it - things like this builds confidence and I have no reluctance to recommend Seng in Køge.

Andreas at Seng Hasle is an amazing customer service person. The level of considerate customer service we received from him was superb: he is the definition of someone who 'goes the extra mile'. We are from overseas and wanted a kind of bed that is not so common in Denmark, plus we had lots of specific requirements, so we had lots of questions. Andreas was full of suggestions and listened to our requirements and worked out smart ways to fulfill them. When we got the bed, it's a great item and one of us was sleeping perfectly but the other was finding one side too soft, so I came in for an advice chat with Andreas, and he helped me again really really well. I was really worried as I had not been sleeping very well on my side and I was concerned I might have made the wrong choice but Andreas had all these good ideas for fixes, and it was just very reassuring to know that we have lots of options, and we will never end up with a bed we're not happy with. I tried the first of his suggestions that night -- seeing how the mattress felt with a firmer base, and it has already made a big difference, so I'm already so happy with this result and can see myself sleeping well on this bed. Thoughtful, kind, attentive customer service when you're making a big purchase that's an important part of your life really makes a difference, and Andreas does this extremely well. We're really grateful to him!
