No response to mail or phone calls

I hope you read this before attempting to use this business. I foolishly decided to order a unifi doorbell chime from Senetic since it's out of stock on the official unifi site where I always buy from. After placing the order, I didn't receive any confirmation email, I sent them an email, called, emailed and been calling over and over, zero reaction to email and no one answers the phone. At this point I'm convinced this is a scam...very unprofessional and not worth the hustle, you're better off buying stuff from the official producer of the product you want even if it's out of stock.

Totally unresponsive…

Made an order by mistake and emailed just a few minutes after asking to cancel the order. That was ignored. Sent the same thing when I got the order confirmation, also ignored. And then when I got the creating shipment notification, also ignored. Then the confirmation and tracking of the shipment, also my emails ignored. Didn’t get a reply until I emailed literally every adress I could find about this and got a “just refuse the package”. Considering the package had already been delivered that’s difficult so requested a return which isn’t working, the system can’t find my order and don’t understand why I need to generate a “RMA case number” when they have all the information already. Just making me waste time really.
So guess I’ll keep emailing and otherwise go to their amsterdam adress and ask in person. This is not how one does honest business, super unimpressed!

Order process is a mess

I ordered and pre-paid two SuperMicro BMC OOB licenses, not a very complicated order it seems. They have been asking me for the same information twice, "escalating" my order, and now started invoicing me again for something that I already paid and never received. Don't want to deal with Senetic ever again…

Ordered a UPS, got a box full of shards

Ordered a UPS. They rang me as it's refurbished, I just said if it's fine then ship, they said it's perfect, they wouldn't ship it if it's not in great condition. Received it, opened the box (which clearly has been opened before) was broken to pieces. Rang, very bad attitude from CS rep, followed poor instructions to send RMA request with pics of the state of it. Got an email pics were not sent, false, seems like they are stalling, replied back with a lot more pics. No answer since. They have my money and I have a piece of crap broken to pieces. What kind of customer service is this? They should've apologized, refunded me and then sort out whatever insurance problem they have with the logistics company, that none of my business (?!). Now I have no money and no UPS. I'm never buying anything from this company ever again! I advise you don't either!

EDIT: have received a refund, that's it absolutely correct, but not the real point here. Getting the refund is the requirement, the way the matter was handled was the problem.

Great customer service!

I ordered a 65" tv from Senetic and it said on the site and the confirmation it'd be delivered in 2 days. Unfortunately, this was caused by an error on the site and the actual delivery time was almost a week for tv's this big. After emailing back and forth with the servicedesk the tv was delivered the next day and the information on the site was changed.

People/companies make mistakes, which is perfectly fine. In my opinion, the level of quality is shown by how mistakes are solved. And this was solved perfectly!

Great company

Great company. Good and Fast Service and for so far I know the cheapest. Only thing that I miss is a portal where I can add or remove my licenses. If this is present then it will be excellent.
