The RMA and tracking is just total…

The RMA and tracking is just total disaster.
I did not like the import fees and I decided to not accept the product.

DHL informed and contacted the sender but they never replied. Also they didn't answer my calls and stopped any form of communication or RMA tracking.
Now I'm unable to get my refund or return the order.
The DHL are counting the days for storage because they're waiting for them to confirm the return. Totally disrespectful.

Not recommended service. Stay away from them.
