Received wrong keyboard

I called this company; they don’t speak English. I ordered an item but received the wrong one. I called to explain, was told to send an email. I sent the email but didn’t receive a response. I called again; the lady on the line simply hung up without assisting me. Is this normal for companies in Poland?

20 days after order, still not delivered

I have ordered a digital License (Till now the Shop days there are 50+ in Stock).
After some days i asked where my License is, the answer was that it will last 14 days.
I Need the License, but luckily there is a Grace period in the Software.
But Till now (20 days After Order) no delivery and in the shop still +50 in Stock …
Support is nice, but couldnt help me.
Never again I would Order here, sorry.

Silence

Yesterday my order 192079080 was delivered :-) But they sent the wrong item. I emailed CustomerService -at- senetic.com but they did not reply. Today I have had to order the correct item from another store. Mistakes happen, but complacent and slow responses are inexcusable. How can I award more than 1 star when all I have is silence?

Delay in the order doesn't matter if you are paying for fast delivery, store ignoring me when I've asked about my item and the delay in delivery.
Bad communication, no response from store!
