The company shipped us Old stock which was part of a generation with a known hardware issue. The company refused to cross ship us replacement equipment. They have not been helpful, Not listened & not understood anything we've discussed with them. Every correspondence has only yielded a reply "Ill talk with the rma department" & nothing more. We are now being forced to rely on our credit card company for buyers protection to get a refund on the equipment. We have bought new equipment from a competitor.
Senetics handling of the situation shows a complete lack of experience & basic industry competence. We sorely regret this interaction and will ensure others don't make the same mistake.
