I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with SendPulse. I applied to use their SMTP service for two legitimate purposes: first, to connect with my existing clients via Apollo.io (which was never actually used due to Apollo's own limitations), and second, to send OTP verification emails for new users registering on my cybersecurity SaaS platform.

Without any actual sending activity or violations, my account was suddenly labeled as “exhibiting characteristics of a spam account,” with no real explanation or proof. When I asked for clarification, their response was generic and evasive, refusing to provide any specific reasoning. Instead of handling the situation professionally, they simply shut the door with canned messages.

If you're a legitimate business looking for serious email infrastructure, I recommend looking elsewhere. Transparency and respect for clients should come before vague assumptions.

All-in-One Powerhouse for Growing My Online School

I actively use SendPulse for my video content school — and I’m very satisfied with the results.
What I appreciate most is that everything is in one place: email campaigns, chatbots, CRM, subscription pages, and automated funnels — all seamlessly integrated and easy to manage from a single dashboard.

This saves a lot of time and allows me to focus on what truly matters — creating content and connecting with my students.

A big thank you to the developers: it’s clear that this platform was built with a deep understanding of the needs of small and medium-sized businesses. Everything is intuitive, the support is responsive, and the features are powerful.

Dishonest and unreliable

I own a small printing business, and I recently acquired another small printing business. The company I bought had a 100% opt-in list of its customers. SendPulse would not allow me to email to them, falsely asserting that my customers did not give me permission to receive emails from my company. They clearly made a mistake, and the person who made it doubled- and tripled- down instead of admitting their mistake and letting me email my own customers. It's shameful.
