Had to go this this company as for some reason I couldn't book BRT directly. Absolute rubbish; no updates, no tracking number, and - as of now - my parcel has disappeared and BRT are uncontactable. I will never use this company again. (And some of the replies are in Spanish, despite my booking it in Italy. Including the "are you satisfied with the service (again, in Spanish). When I press "no", all I get is a technical error page, unsurprisingly. It must be a scam.)

When I had problems at the beginning, they were solved really fast by Alessandra. The packages were picked up on time and arrived faster than I thought. Amazing service.

I appreciated a lot the competence and courtesy of Linda, the person that I spoke to on the telephone.

I need to delete a shipping. The support I received from operator Nicola was very good and fast. I truly appreciated it.

I had problems with the pick-up of the parcel because of the wrong address, but the Sendiroo staff took action several times with the courier to guarantee the service.

The support I received from operator Linda was very good and truly appreciated, even though the collection of the shipment was postponed from July 21st to 22nd and in order for it to be sent, as planned, I was forced to take the packages to a collection point.

I had a problem because first I didn’t get the barcode which is necessary for shipping, just an email with a link that didn’t work. Also at the webpage there are many links that don’t work. But the support via mail and phone is very helpful and fast, thanks to Administrador and Linda!

I've used their service for the last 2 years: 100% satisfied.
They're alvays helpful to solve every issue with delivery services (Fedex, UPS, etc)
