Several items arrived damaged due to being tightly crammed into the box without any bubble wrap.
The seller refused to offer any compensation for their poor packaging.
As a long-time customer who has ordered from them for years, I’m truly disappointed.

Reliable and Hassle Free Service to Australia
I’ve used Sendico multiple times to ship items from Japan to Australia, and every experience has been smooth and reliable. The website is easy to navigate, the process is clear, and shipping options are well priced even for international delivery.

They have bent the boxes of Amiibo figures by packing them too tightly and did not offer any compensation for that.

Unfortunately, as a proxy service, we simply help facilitate purchases between buyers and Japanese sellers. Because of this, we cannot offer refunds in cases where the item turns out to be inauthentic, especially when the buyer has already approved the item after our warehouse photo check.
If we were to issue refunds in these situations, we would not be returning the funds you paid to the seller, but instead providing you money from our accounts. As I'm sure you can understand this would not be a sustainable practice as we only charge a 500 yen service fee. This is why we strongly encourage customers to be cautious when selecting sellers and to review the warehouse photos we provide carefully before confirming shipment.
We completely understand how frustrating this kind of experience can be, and we’re here to help however we can. Please feel free to reach out if there’s anything we can do to assist further.

Incorrect address and being returned to sender and if it does get sent again. The package will need to have the import tax payed a second time. I’ve ordered from them before with no problem but this will be the last.
