This was my first purchase from Send a Cake, so I had my fingers crossed and I was not disappointed! The cake was for my best friend’s birthday and she lives halfway across the country from me. The cake arrived right on time and she absolutely loved the butterflies! She said the cake was very good and she also loved the package. I bought this for my nieces 21st birthday and we were all very excited about it but when she opened it there were NO bubbles! None! There was nothing where the bubble thing should have been. It was a total letdown and I will be in contact with the company for at least a partial refund.

The cake was delivered at 8:45 pm after sitting in a delivery truck all day. So much for surprising my daughter on her birthday. I won’t order again if that’s the time the box shows up. I was very dissatisfied with what I thought would be a great surprise since I couldn’t be there. Even afternoon would have been ok - but late evening! Not so good.
