My package directed to the UK
My package directed to the UK, came back to me without going out of Italy. All the documentation was in the trasparent pocket, following the instructions I was provided. No conclusion or serious information from the SEND A BOX since the 1st of April where I made my request. I also sent a few reminders since then, but the response is always the same: we sent a request to the competent service. I am very dissapointed since I haven't receive any exact ifnormation about what document was missing (the package returned without documents and the embalage all ripped up) and I am not even saying about the refund...

Really bad service
Really bad service. Booked the parcel on Thursday and never been collected. They don't have a phone number, very slow to reply by email and when then reply they only say that they have booked the collection for the next day (Never happened!!). Avoid them. I have requested a refund and they said it will take a 30 days to receive my money. Non usateli, servizio molto scarso e senza un numero di telefono con cui parlare. Il pacco non é stato mai ritirato.

Forget about the customer service team. If you have an issue and get in touch with them they are completely useless and disinterested. The website keep crashing. Prices are competitive but the service overall is a disaster.

Excellente Company (for my current needs) - costs less than official post. They come and pick up evertyhing, they deliver . . . .and where there are problems they reimburse (with credit - though you might need to insist with precision). Very happy! Locally there is supplier (mailboxes) that asks 3-4 times more money, and to go to DHL is a hassle (and costs more). The might have problems with international deliveries (in particular due to Covid, possibly).

After a month, they didn’t refund me for the shipping that has never gone through. I had to cancel it and they reassured me they would reimburse me. I’ve sent them over 10 emails (nobody replied!!!), talked to their customer service many times. Everyone promised to take care of this problem and open a complaint with their refunds department, but nothing happened. They can’t connect me to anyone who is able to deal with this problem. All they do is forward my requests...

This was a very bad experience
This was a very bad experience. The system indicated that the payment did not went through and the process was interrupted. In reality, the payment went through and I received only a partial refund after several months.

God forbid you need any customer service from this company.
Bought the service, couldn't use it and cancelled, was said I would have a refund.
It has been a month and all they say is that "it's being proccessed", no information whatsoever, it's like talking to a robot.
The latest stunt was telling me the refund was done and no money showed up in my account.
Do not recommend! You can get better companies for almost the same price, don't be a fool to trust this one.
