Excellent customer service, so friendly and helpful. My order was processed in no time and the tracking was very helpful as this bear was a gift. The quality of the product, including the audio, is top notch. Benjamin bear is extremely soft and snuggly and the recipient is delighted.

I was so impressed by my bear
I was so impressed by my bear. They even replaced my voice note when it didn't upload properly with no extra charge and sent instructions how to put it in the bear. Customer service was outstanding and quick delivery.

Great purchase!
I purchased this bear from the USA and sent it to my dad in England. The delivery was great and he loves the bear! Would definitely recommend. Also added the voice memo. Super easy and sounds great.

Another briliant purchase from Send-A-bear! As usual the process was easy and smooth! Customer Service was excellent!! This is my 3rd Shortcake the Bear that I have purchased and as usual they LOVED it! Sound is crystal clear, and Shortcake is soft and cuddly! Absolutely love this company and will be back again!

It was fast delivery
It was fast delivery, very well packaged and made, my own voice in the teddy bears tummy was clear to hear. Could be a bit louder but overall the quality of the bear is amazing! Well worth the money! Would Order agian and recommend to others.

Lovely present idea
I’ve not been with this company before but I really love the soft toys! I bought one for my husband for Father’s Day with my little boy saying love you daddy. It’s not a 100% match to the recording it sounds slightly muffled but you can hear it. Thank you ever so much
