Best carpet I ever bought.
AMAZING carpet. Price/quality is absolutely incredible, never buying a overpriced carpet from Mio again.
Fast delivery and amazing quality. Bought the Eco Rabbit one (2 of them matter of fact) and it’s the softest carpet I ever had, couldn’t find any carpet of this sort that was big enough (290x2) that wouldn’t break the bank and then they showed up on my feed on instagram, uncertain I took a leap of faith and made on order and honestly they surpassed my expectations by MILES. Customer service was also amazing to talk too after a few concerns I had.
I WILL be purchasing from them again.

The rug arrived dirty
The rug arrived dirty, which was a big disappointment. I had to buy a cleaner myself and put in extra effort to clean it. The rug is just okay, but the overall experience did not leave a good impression.

Bad Experience
Bad Experience, I bought a 240*240cm square carpet, but they sent me first time a round one, then I complained, they only sent me a square one when I sent them back the wrong one as required. And when I finally received the square one they sent after 12 days of my order, it's not even square! It's a 226*244cm carpet! I ask for compensation, they asked me to provide pictures as they want, saying my videos they can't download for safety reasons... The attitude is bad!

We regret that the wrong product was initially sent to you – that should not have happened, and we understand the inconvenience it caused. Once you informed us, we requested the incorrect item be returned (as per our standard return policy), and then sent out the correct one promptly.
Regarding the size: this particular model is listed as approximately 240x240 cm, and we clearly state on the product page that small variations in dimensions may occur, especially with certain exclusive models or handmade carpets.
We requested photos instead of video because, for security reasons, we are unable to download or open video links. This is a general policy and not aimed at you personally.
The compensation we offered was a goodwill gesture – not something we were obliged to do, but we wanted to show understanding.
We have reviewed our communication and find that the tone has been very professional and respectful. However, if you have experienced it otherwise, I sincerely apologize for that.
