We are not ready to close the eyes to the negative reviews that are written towards us. The way we answer to such reviews is the same as these reviews were written. This is fair.
Nothing can damage businesses but poor experience and skills of your SEO-managers who does nothing to make your site top. If the only thing you want to do is to shift responsibility and blame us for the things we are not responsible for - it is your choice, but don't make it public.

Once more, Semalt begin trashing website analytics
Once more, Semalt begin trashing the analytics of one of my clients'
NEW websites by repeatedly hitting it with fake referrals form their bots.
These URLs lead you to Semalt.com, and although Semalt claim that their bots are harmless, it's not true. These fake referrals skew your analytics data, and can cause actual damage to your page ranking by increasing your bounce rate etc.
Also, Semalt's five star reviews on trustpilot cannot be trusted. Trustpilot have posted a warning stating that they've detected lots of fake reviews by publishing a warning at the top of Semalt's Trustpilot page (Dated 26-09-2018).
Don't trust a 5-Star rating for Semalt.
EDIT: So you claim that all the negative reviews are false?
Also, how exactly is it my failure if everytime I block one of your spam referral domains you start sending fake referral traffic from another?
Do you dispute that the URL's I give above are showing up in peoples' analytic data, and that they redirect to your website?
EDIT 5th Oct 2018: It's hilarious that you just shout 'Demagogy' rather than try to answer my questions.

Some time ago we solved all of your problems and thought that the issue is closed and we would never see any review from you. We are interested in it. And we see that you are interested in triggering another negative publicity wave towards us.
Trustpilot has deleted reviews from the people, who don't post reviews here each day, like you do. They wanted to share their good experience of working with us and show that the negative ones are as suspicious as the people who post them.
If you are not able to optimize the website of your clients and look for the reason of your failures, don't try to sort it out making use of us. If you have any concrete facts or proof, please, contact us. The telephones and e-mail you already know.
EDIT: Demagogy. You can write, rewrite, edit your messages over and over, but this is just demamgogy. If you still have questions and want to get consultation - contact our managers.

Not used the company myself, but an SEO company that uses Spam Bot Referral traffic to get traffic to their website? Hidden under the name my-seo-promotion-service.com which redirects to their site. No thanks.
Edit/Reply: Yes, I have checked the link thank you. How else would I have known to leave a review for your company? It redirects to a 'Website Audit/Checker' tool on your company website.

Firstly, we have several offices in Ukraine, Kyiv. We have official representations in Turkey, Vietnam and Pakistan as well. Our company is easy-to-find on Google Maps, if you are interested in meeting face-to-face in our office - google it and follow the offered paths.
The second thing. We were looking for your name in our database in order to see the history of our collaboration and understand what was the reason for "your bad results", but we didn't find you. That is why if you are interested in communicating with us, and if you really were our client (although we are not sure in this fact now), please, contact your sales manager and s/he will provide you with all the necessary information connected with your particular case.
We are sure that our team gave you all the necessary tips and recommendations for optimising your website as we always do for each our client. If you decided to stop working with us and after that stop paying attention to your website - of course, your result won't be good. We are not a charity organisation, we get money for our recommendations, but we don't harm after ending the cooperation. The only thing that could "put your website down" is the absence of actions from your side.
We decided even not to block your review, so that you could contact us, proove that you faced any problems with your site and get a consultation from your former sales manager. ONLY IF you are/were our client. Otherwise, you don't have any right to blame us for your failures and tell about that in public. There is a special article for such people and actions in legislation.

Semalt uses referral bot tecniques
I got to know Semalt because they use constant referral bots to advertise their products, in special "AutoSEO". It happened more than one time to filter out my analytics from visits originated from URI that redirects to their website. It's a totally useless and dangerous tactic. As I also can see from a lots of other people that had the same problem. And I have proofs and screenshots of my analytics.
I also tried to reach out on their facebook page for an explanation. I've received no answers and no explanations and been blocked instantly. Very bad communication.
This is not the way you advertise your product in 2018, and I really hope that someone who is in serious need of SEO professionals will never choose your services.
