Hi, I made a purchase from here on 24/06/24 and guitar arrived 26/06/24 unfortunately due to my health issues the wide neck on the instrument made it too difficult for my arthritic hands to use. I contacted the retailer and spoke to a splendid and very helpful gentleman by the name of Paul.Very engaging and considerate, on the 27/06/24 the guitar was collected from my door without the need for me to print labels. Fantastic and professional service from these guys! You can tell that the team at Sell Us Your Guitar genuinely care about guitars and their customers. I sold both a Fender Custom shop strat & Gibson Custom firebird through the company. They even picked up my guitars from the other end of the country as luckily one of the team had family near where I lived. They were completely open and honest about the costs involved with no hidden fees. They went above and beyond to ensure that I received the highest amount possible and communicated with myself in a friendly and courteous manner every step of the way. Both guitars sold within a month of being listed in store. Would definitely use their services again and highly recommend others to also.

They have super friendly staff a no-quibble exchange or return policy, and are an absolute delight to do business with I would recommend them over PMT Guitar Guitar or any of the other so-called musical instrument retailers out there. I would give them six out of five if I could.

Buying a guitar online is always a bit of a dice roll but the descriptions were extremely accurate, fair and honest. Prior to dispatch they discovered some additional damage and let me know straight away and we sorted a deal. Guitar arrived very quickly and I couldn't be happier. The hassle free way to sell your guitar. You may get more selling privately, but that comes with pitfalls. SUYG sent me the packaging on Friday, on Monday the courier collected and this afternoon's the cash was in my account. Take the weekend out of the equation I make that a 48 hour turn around. Great guy's who are helpful and friendly. Works for me 👍😀

Had a very good experience buying from Sell Us Your Guitar. I purchased an EVH 5150 Deluxe. There was a problem with the nut as it was heavily scored and the strings would move on whammy use. But the guys at SUYG refunded me the cost of a new nut. What great customer service! Would recommend.
