SellRaze is extremely misleading.

SellRaze is extremely misleading.

At first, the app appears promising and customer support is responsive, even though the platform clearly has unresolved bugs. Once I reached my initial listing limit, I upgraded. When I hit that limit, I upgraded again. After paying for multiple higher-tier plans, I was suddenly unable to create listings despite not having exhausted the listings included in my active subscription.

I contacted customer support. They were helpful—until I asked why the app was blocking listings I had already paid for. At that point, communication stopped entirely. No explanation. No resolution.

This feels like a bait-and-switch. Users are encouraged to upgrade, but once payment is made, the advertised functionality does not work as promised. When the issue is raised, support goes silent rather than addressing the problem.

The app is unreliable, the pricing structure is misleading, and the lack of accountability is unacceptable. I will be requesting a refund and strongly advise others to proceed with caution—or avoid this app altogether.
