Amazon sent me a heavy item that was defect. I am supposed to return it by bringing it to a postal office myself (I do not have a car) and pay for the return! They offered 4 Euros but this is a heavy package that costs a lot to be returned. Not a single person in customer service who speaks English to help me with this bizarre situation! This is unacceptable.
I am writing this review to share my deeply disappointing experience with Amazon as a seller. The treatment I received from their support team has been nothing short of outrageous. Despite reaching out for assistance multiple times over the course of 20 months, I have been met with vague responses, frustration, and a complete lack of transparency.
What is particularly concerning is the unjust decision made by Amazon, preventing me from selling my products without providing any specific reasons or disclosing the factors behind this decision. Their claim of confidentiality is simply not acceptable, as it raises serious doubts about the integrity and fairness of their platform.
As a brand owner who diligently followed Amazon's guidelines, it is shocking to be told that the variation relationships I tried to create violate their listing policy, without any concrete explanation. This lack of transparency is not only frustrating but also damages trust in the platform that millions of sellers rely on.
I refuse to give up on this matter. With a combined following of 50,000 on social media, I am determined to share my experience with others, ensuring they are aware of the mistreatment and lack of support from Amazon. Potential customers deserve to know the truth about the unjust practices sellers can face on this platform.
In addition, I will take necessary steps to leave honest reviews about my experience, warning others about the unfair treatment I have encountered. It is disheartening that such measures are necessary, but I believe it is crucial to shed light on the unjust practices exhibited by Amazon.
I implore Amazon to reconsider their stance and provide a satisfactory resolution to this matter. Sellers deserve transparency, accountability, and fair treatment. It is my hope that Amazon will recognize the impact of their actions and take immediate steps to rectify the situation.

I bought a 2 door canopies around 24/11 and 1 canopy fitted fine the 2nd one the brackets was coming in the door way ,so I returned the canopy back on the 24/12 and Amazon said if the seller does refund ur courier charges we will, and now they refusing and and saying we will compensate you with £5 voucher for future order with Amazon
Update: I contacted also European Customer Protection Centre. They represent me with lawyers. Amazon.it responded their mail and wrote that I will get the money back in about 5-7 business days.
Conclusion: contact European Customer Protection Centre, if amazon.it ever refuses to give back your money, in case you return the good you purchased.
For me, I will never order things and goods at amazon.it again.

On 29th Nov. they delivered me a CEMETERY CANDLE!
I contacted amazon.it and they offered me to return the candle. I had to pay for the return shipping cost.
They now contacted me, that they won't give me back my money, unless I send them the APPLE WATCH!
How can I return an apple watch, when I got only A CEMETERY CANDLE instead of APPLE WATCH!
