Absolutely the worst technical support I've experienced. Staff reply answering to a different problem on three occasions, or make silly excuses (a problem on the website which will be soon resolved) or say they will get a technician to look into my problem....but don't. Now three months that I haven't been able to use my account (which won't go beyond the payment page and simply loops back). I'm beginning to use other sites, and finding cheaper items! This is purely amazon.FR - it works fine in three other countries! Shameful!

trying to get a delivery delivered, order didnt turn up as delivery company couldnt find address, Amazon ordered a replacement, same thing happened, numerous emails sent ...no response, terrible service

I haven't had a bad experience with Amazon.fr when buying things online. For me, the service has been great. My only problem is the sneaky way they try to get you to sign up to Amazon Prime. I have joined Prime by mistake twice just by clicking the wrong link by mistake. It didn't cost me anything and I was able to cancel the account but it's a bit sneaky the way they try to get people to sign up without them realising.
