dishonest "bait and switch" price tactic
I am beyond frustrated with my recent experience at SellBest. I purchased an item that was clearly listed as "In Stock," with the website showing more than 40 units available at the time of my order. My payment was processed, and I received a confirmation.
Shortly after, I received a notification claiming the item was suddenly "out of stock" and my order could not be fulfilled. However, when I checked the website immediately after, the item was still listed as available—the only difference was that the price had been significantly increased.
It is clear that SellBest had the inventory but chose to cancel my order simply because they realized they could sell it for more money. This is a dishonest "bait and switch" tactic. They would rather alienate a customer than honor a confirmed price.
Beyond the pricing issues, the company is a total mess. They do not respond to emails, and their website is functionally broken; promotional discounts fail to apply, and their contact forms don't even send. Save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
Pros: None. Cons: Unreliable inventory tracking, price gouging, and terrible business ethics.
Bottom line: Save your time and money. Go to a retailer that actually honors their sales and values their customers.
