HORRIBLE SERVICE

I purchased a tv in Sept 2016 from sell-to-shop . I wired the money as instructed, & still haven't received the merchandise as of March 2017!
Sent a number of emails to them and received no replies, so I've made complaints with the State's Attorney General , plus the FCC. It was a bit difficult as they give no physical address on the site to put on the forms. I imagine that they will have to fight for the address from the Chinese Bank.
They are very, very UNRELIABLE to me.
They should give me an upgrade or a additional product compatible with the TV for all the frustration they've caused, but that won't happen.
