Its very nice process and price very good compare to all the rental car is very good process self drive.

There is no transparency with this company, they will stole your security deposit and will deduct funds from your credit card without informing you… call centre is very basic they don’t have any information apart from getting backto you and never call back …my advice to you is pay extra money and rent directly with trusted rental global companies …

Lied about having their own desk in the airport. They have no desk in Dubai airport. They are just middle men on WhatsApp with no real offices.

They lied about having a car waiting at the airport. I called and called and messaged. Nothing. Wasted hours. In the end I caught a taxi. When I asked for a refund they said no.

Now they show the booking as cancelled on the app but they kept all the money they charged even the delivery and collection and airport fees and massive deposit. All taken and retained. About $1000 taken by them for nothing.

Watch out if you use them they will do what they want and charge you money for nothing.

No response to complaints.

Don't trust them with your credit card.

I rent a car this agency already deposit 1000 riyal . I handed over vehicle at same time . Vehicle have some dent repair cost some amount, it will not deduct in my deposit amount they directly detect my bank account without my permission.. Also deposit amount maturity date one month also finished and the 4 day going , still not yet returned before I book that time I posted a positive response that also they advised to post . So people don't take vehicle from these agency . Your money is not guaranteed.

They advertise cheap and add addtional fee.

This is cunniving company that advertise cars at a lower rate and then add fees. When you ask their employees, they will say "they forgot" to inform.

Avoid them. They deduct money from your credit card for invalid reasons and don’t provide any justification. .

DO NOT USE SELFDRIVE!!!! They never return your deposit or make excuses. I been waiting for 2 deposits back. One for close to 2 months and another close to a month. One of them I didnt even get the car!!!!! BEWARE people DO NOT USE this company!!!

@SelfDriveUae is the worst app ever you can use,they’re completely robbing you, my booking has been made, they got the money and the booking was’t completed, when I asked for refund they want to take 10% without any response
