The holiday milk select cartridges suck they taste disgusting and are not what they advertise they say it tastes like Carmelized strawberries nd earn cup of milk it tastes like tortillas chips nd the taste gets worse

Select Vape is the only place I can find obscure coils for my older devices! My local vape stores have left me hanging, saying they'd order the specific coils that I need... but they never do! A 5-pack of VooPoo coils at Select Vape runs me anywhere from $15-$20 with free shipping over $100. Orders do take a little bit longer to arrive than the projected delivery date (this is bc they use UPS, which isn't always reliable). My last order had a small discrepancy, but Select Vape was eager to help & made everything right. They really do care about customer satisfaction! Everything I've purchased so far has been 100% authentic and items are priced better than all brick-n-mortar stores. :)

I placed an order on September 1st it's now been 20 days, and I still haven't received my order it has a tracking number which I tried to track with no luck. I've emailed Select Vape 4 different times now and no response back from them. At this point I just want my money back. And i don't recommend this company anymore. ✌️

Their website is out of date ,you go there to order,they get your money and days after when you start asking when you’re receiving your order they hit you with “is out of stock “ so then you have to ask for your money back and wait after it since they are not capable of updating their site. Lack of professionalism on their behalf so this website is not to be trusted..

This company sent a vape plus incentives for further sales to my 13 year old grandson. Yes he has a child’s credit card and probably lied when purchasing but should there not be stricter procedures to vet purchasers?

When you try to place an order, it makes you input all of your personal and financial info first. Credit card, address, etc. After all of the filling out of personal info, you find out that they only ship to a small handful of states. If you are not in one of those states, you've just given your info to them for nothing. Makes me feel a bit like I've been tricked. Collecting credit card info should be the last requirement before placing an order so that you know whether you actually need to be sharing that info or not. I don't want my personal and financial info somewhere I can't even use it. The lack of shipping destinations (they ship to the states directly above and below me but skip Arkansas for some reason) should be made clear before an order process is even initiated so the customer knows whether to keep going or not.

Have ordered many times from them, my order has always came quickly. The one time I was sent the wrong coils I emailed them and within 48 hours they resolved the issue and the coils I originally ordered are on the way! Best customer service ever!

got myself a gaur 21 off select vape about a week or so ago and it arrived yesterday, the mod works wonderfully no faults or hiccups was indeed sealed the reason I rate 4 instead of 5 is their shipping speeds. You definitely will get your package within a week or two but it was a bit of a hassle to get information on whether it was dropped off originally or not. Their customer service did clear it up and told me exact dates and times when it was dropped off. These guys aren't out for a quick penny they really are legit they seem to have a legitimate business over in Irvine cali where you can shop in store or have it delivered within residence.

I'm so thankful to have found this company by chance when I was browsing the internet searching my favorite, now hard to find e-liquids. Select Vape is a hidden gem of a company and will be my go-to from now on. Hands down the BEST online vape experience post vape ban. By a long shot! Their prices are unbeatable and shipping took 8 days from order placement. No weird wait times or wondering about my order. It was a seamless transaction from start to finish. They even have a physical shop with a phone number, from which a person will answer! I called ahead of time to make sure my items were in stock before ordering and the guy gave me exact quantities of each that they had on hand. He was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't be happier with their service.

Thank you so sooo much! Finding you guys has alleviated 90% of my stress of sourcing and receiving my e-liquids in a timely manner. 2021 did a number on the vaping community but you guys seem to have found a way to maintain a semblance of normalcy for your customers.

This online vape shop is amazing! I didn’t even know about this place until my normal place was out of stock on the usual things I get. They had everything I needed and at good prices. Best part of this place is I received everything in just a few days I think I ordered on Friday’ and got it on Monday!
