Sam Lacey really helped
I am a high risk household with a young son and partner in remission for cancer and Sam made it very clear that EDF do everything they can to help. He took me through the whole form to transfer from British Gas to EDF and it couldn't have been easier. He did a great job and made it very easy to understand what I was getting into. I am very pleased with my service today.

Spoken to Oscar today from Selectra, and what a joy this was, he gave excellent customer service today, moving to my new supplier Edf, he was so professional and it was like chatting to a friend, such a nice friendly guy, he’s a credit to the Selectra team. Thanks so much, moving home and calling up different things re your flat can be stressful but this wasn’t stressful by all means! Such a pleasure, thanks Oscar!

James Rae was excellent at giving me good customer service regarding information on a different tariff for my gas & electricity. l would not hesitate to call again for help if needed.

Nicholas from Selectra was very good, efficient and polite. I came off the call sorted and very happy with the pricing for my gas and electric usage.

Julian was great, very patient, friendly and helpful. He took his time to answer all my pedantic questions carefully.

I must say Jett was very helpful with my problem today
which I had with E.o.n, being held on line twice, one
for 10-15 mins first time, second time 20 mins as I timed it.
Jett explained what he was going to do very well, and
made me feel so much better, and took the stress out of
dealing with E.o.n.

Excellent response and credible advice from adviser Dennis. I had a short wait on the phone and then an unhurried discussion over switching to a supplier with better green credentials, and made the switch very easily.

Contacted EDF as l thought that they were taking over my current supplier but after speaking to Elaine this was not the case, so after checking out the situation she then gave me a comparison which was very competitive and l changed to EDF.
