I do not appreciate that I was told by Veronica that she was calling from Aetna. She was Not!! I called and left a message to cancel this policy and I already informed Aetna to not change me.

Our representative was great. Had many questions choosing a plan and he was able to help us with all of the questions.

I spoke with Rashad who was very knowledgeable. He made sure I understood all he said. I could barelu hear Mr Phelps and while he was really nice I had to ask him to repeat a lot. Some of thàt could bè me though. Overall tho the entire experience was good. Ill give a 99.

Ken knew the plans available. Listened to what I was looking for. Gave me the options.

Getting Medicare is a very harrowing experience. My agent was very informative, calm, and answered all my questions. She also helped me to figure out which plan was best.

The whole process was so easy 😌 The staff was very professional and patient 👌 we even had a few laughs. They just made me very comfortable
