Great price and sales associate didn't give the high pressure sale pitch I got with a competitor . I asked the competitor to send me an email and he kept on going with his sales pitch . I asked your sales associate and it wasn't a problem

The pricing for an additional 75,000 was very reasonable. Most of the warranty companies are now requiring 1,000 miles, in addition to the 30 day waiting period. They were able to work with me on that and $0 deductible sealed the deal.

The real test will come when something goes wrong and I need to file a claim... If that happens, I'll let you know

This company sold me the premium warranty promising that if I had a breakdown it would be covered. 5 months and 8k miles I started getting a shudder in the tranny. took it to the dealer who I purchased it from who diagnosed it as the torque converter. They submitted it to SAP and we waited for the approval only to be denied. They said it was denied because I was still driving the vehicle.
Stating I was required to leave the vehicle at the repair shop. I explained the contract stated that I
“May be required to leave the vehicle”
Nobody and nobody said I had to leave the vehicle at the shop, even the claim rep knew I was still driving it.
The car is still drivable and driving it doesn’t effect the issue. I fulfilled my part of the contract but SAP did not.
Just another corrupt company stealing $$$$ from the rest of society.
looks like all the good reviews are from people who have not fooled a claim.

Eric did a nice job in explaining all the features of the extended warranty that was being pursued. He negotiated to the final pricing in a logical and fair manner. I am satisfied with my choice of this company for my vehicle

I didn’t know that there was a Platinum level of protection. It wasn’t mentioned

I was advised that I would receive a confirmation & copy of the contract a contract that Has already cleared my bank account but I haven't received any confirmation or contact copy I've checked everyday to include spam yet there's still no copy of my contract I expect to hear back from you on this matter I hope this isn't a sign of how you conduct business

Michelle Moore has been very responsive. I have been looking for a car for at least 6 weeks. She stayed in touch but did not pressure me. In the end she gave me a great rate and made me feel confident that Select will take care of any issues that my used car may have.

I was very pleased with the high quality of customer service I experienced. Previous to speaking with Mr. Russo, I started conversations with other provider representatives, who became very impatient with me, and frustrated me with their "sales badgering behavior", although I mentioned to them I was just shopping around for quotes. Two of them hung up on me when I did not accept their offer or shared my reason for not accepting the offer at the point in time.

Mr. Russo, was quite the opposite. I provided him with the information, and he offered me the best package. Upon receiving the information, I shared with him that I needed to think about the offer, as well as determine what was the best quote. He did not become frustrated at that point, and instead asked me what would be a good time to call me to see if I had made a decision for progressing the offer, to which I provided. The package offered was also the most competitive amongst others, making my decision quite easy. I honestly was not prepared to take the package I decided upon, but given all other quotes, and the entitlements, it was the best value for money amongst your competitors. Quite honestly having reviewed the offer and experiencing the service, I was compelled to give Select Auto Protect my money. I am very happy with my purchase, and feel more comfortable now having a warranty on my car. Thank you Eric Russo for your support with this purchase.
