Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 133 reviews, most reviewers were let down by their experience overall. Customers frequently state that the products are poorly made, prone to breaking quickly, and fail to function as advertised in the descriptions. Consumers also struggled significantly with the refund process, noting that support requests are often ignored or subjected to unexpected handling fees. Though some customers found specific features acceptable and were pleased with certain items given the lower cost compared to alternatives. A few people mentioned that basic health tracking functions and battery life worked well enough for their daily routines. Reviewers noted that these devices met expectations for simple tasks despite the widespread negative feedback surrounding the brand.

Stay away from Sekonda (Time Products )

Ordered one mid January, and also a new strap more suited to my style.
1st watch arrived with one of its hands floating around so I returned it.
Replacement arrived and I swapped over the strap very simply. Watch worked fine until end of March when it suddenly stopped.
Got on to Amazon but was redirected to Sekonda to file a warranty claim. That was a right faff. Duplicate info form filling rubbish but did it.
Yesterday got an email saying my guarantee claim had been approved and detailing when it should be sent etc. Fair enough.
Unfortunately I read these things and in doing so I noticed this, "The watch must be returned with the original strap fitted. If an aftermarket strap has been added, please remove it before returning the watch to us."
This is never mentioned anywhere on Sekonda's site nor in warranty documentation including their site which ironically was only updated 8 days before this review. So, as I'd changed my strap and binned the old, I appear excluded from any form of fix for yet another sh1te Sekonda device.
I know, I thought, instead of filling online forms in I'll find their customer service team and email a human being and get some sense. Hahahahahahah. The email address (customerservice etc etc) just bounces.
Time (get it?) to talk to someone with half decent customer service so I contacted Amazon. Within 20 minutes I'd explained all the cr4p going in with Sekonda et al via Time Products and had all of my money refunded. I'm now thinking of ways to take this shockingly bad product and star it in a short video about sh1te service and money grabbing corporates who pillage old brands... Got any suggestions guys?

Scammers, steer clear at all costs

I ordered bone conducting headphones in October/November 2025 and paid for express shipping, after not receiving any updates I contacted them appropriately 1/2 weeks after ordering and was told they were on the way but couldn't help delivery issues (e.g bad weather etc). Fair enough I thought I'd give them grace but after not receiving them I filed a dispute with my bank and was refunded. I considered this matter closed and just moved on.

I then received an email 5 MONTHS later threatening me saying I received the headphones and to pay for the product or they would "reporting this incident to relevant payment platforms or credit institutions, which could affect your future online shopping records" I responded stating I do not recall ever receiving them however given how much time had passed I would accept maybe I had somehow forgotten about it so if they could provide me with proof of delivery (signature, photo etc.) so I could verify it was my details I could help them as they stated they had this information on their records. They were unable to provide this and instead provided a link to a 3rd party company that stated in one area delivery was 11 days prior and in another section delivery was in November. I told them I wasn't happy with this "evidence" as it was conflicting and seemed unreliable and would not accept liability for the product if I have not received it and they have continued to harass me now insisting I contact post offices etc on their behalf which legally I am not required to do and stated to them that I would not be doing this. Funny enough given they seem to have an issue with responding to customers leaving reviews with issues of damaged/faulty products I have had multiple emails daily.

Don't purchased a Sekoda GPS sportswatch

Purchased a Sekoda GPS sports smartwatch, buttons and touch screen failed after a few weeks. Manufacturer claims water ingress was user-inflicted damage despite unit rated to 5 atms water depth.

Customer service makes returns as difficult as possible.

Disgusting

Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting. Brought the GPS smart watch took forever to arrive and then worked for around 5 weeks then completely had a meltdown and has not worked since.
After numerous emails with what can only be described as AI generated and being told that there testing and repair department where looking into my case finally to get an answer when you tell them it’s not good enough and you are going to consumer affairs about your case to get email saying that I caused the watch to malfunction and the best they can do is give me a big discount on a replacement watch.
Are you kidding me who the hell would want another one of there crap products so my warning to anyone is just stay away from SEKODA

Grades 1 and 2 not available!

I bought a Sekoda clipper set, it works ok but it cannot cut lower than a grade 3? I wrote to them to ask if there was an adapter/attachment that can cut grades 1 and 2 and they were not helpful and there does not appear to be one.

No warranty. Don't buy

I bought 129€ headphones and after 5 months of use they are not working anymore. They replied to my emails saying that they can only offer me a 10% discount for a new pair. There is no warranty. Ridiculous. Don't buy!

This is a dishonest seller and poor product

Sekoda Router- The website claims to have top reviews from several trusted sources like Cnet and Tech Crunch so I ordered one. It arrived 2 weeks later and I tried installing it. The install tool doesn't work and logs you out over and over. There is no customer support other than an email for a company called Meacode. Long story short they offered to refund 10% of the price or I could pay to ship it to Hong Kong and be charged a 15% fee. Regarding the reviews on the website, the claims are false. ( I searched them on both Cnet and TechCrunch, no results)

AVOID!!! This is clearly SCAM mimicking Sekonda UK brand

wish i could give 0 rating. This is mimicking SECONDA brand. Purchased GPS watch for EURO 159. Received cheap junk - not even worth taking out of the box. After requesting refund, they replied but stopped responding. Taking the case with my bank asking for charge back. This is scam and AVOID!

Do Not Buy, Not in Uk, Cheaply made Watch

Bad company not in UK
Im very angry. I googled good sport watches and google came up with this company. I wasnt wearing my reading glasses so misread the website as Sekonda. I thought i was purchasing a good sport watch at £129.99 from Sekonda in the Uk, as the website address page was .uk. However after not recieving the item for some time, i contacted Sekonda, who told me i hadnt purchased anything. After realising what i had done, i contacted the company to camcel but was told it was in transit from Hong Kong. I was furious, but waited for the item so i could return it. I recieved the watch and tried to return. The company has made it extreemly difficult to return, with extra charges that would cost more than the watch. I tried to claim on my credit card but was not allowed. I have a poorly made, cheap watch and am out of pocket. I had to purchase a different watch as it was supposed to be a present.
Do Not Buy from this Con Company.

If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. Purchsed the AI glasses and padi for expidited shipping. Received after 45 days and they shipped the wrong product (I ordered the sunglasses and they shipped clear glasses). The email response was "sorry for our mistake, please keep them and we will sing you 10% back). when I refused and told them the clear glasses did not work for me, they told be in order to return I had to pay their original shipping cost, the return shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee. Insanity! What a complete scam!
