I have a .ac.uk domain registered with Seiretto; I cannot recommend them highly enough. In all of my experiences with them, they have been helpful, professional, and respond remarkably quickly.

I'm leaving this review today because we had a problem that was entirely down to me screwing up, and they were able to help me fix it without any fuss or bother.

Suffice to say that I expect we will be using Seiretto for a long time to come!

I urgently needed a new company to host our parish council .gov.uk website as previous host had rapidly gone downhill. I worked out that we are paying less, plus the first year was free. There were a few technical issues, however they responded within 24hours. When ever I had any issues or something that needed sorting (with a gov.uk domain - this is not straightforward), I would fill in the message box and I will receive a reply - not just a message but with the issue resolved, often no later than the next day. Also if I required any advise relating to hosting, the website, emails, etc, then they would give it - no extra cost. For the price we got 1000 unique mailboxes -very good deal! If you have a .gov or .ac or a big website, then I recommend checking these people out!

Absolutely outstanding support, you could not ask for better. Forget office hours, these people don't sleep !! I tend to do a lot of my 'web admin' stuff late at night and was amazed when I got a reply to a very general query within a couple of minutes. Recently, I decided get a personal web account, in order to learn the mechanics of creating and maintaining a web-site. After a first look at one of the most heavily advertised web hosting services, I quickly realised that there were plenty of pitfalls, including extortionate hidden charges for the unwary novice.

I remembered how helpful Seiretto had been previously, so I asked them to get me up and running with a new account. They quickly set me up with my own beginner's account, with all the facilities I needed, and with no hidden charges. I struggled a couple of times since then, when not knowing how use a new facility. Each time, an e-mail to Seiretto has swiftly got me over the difficulty. Thank heavens for exceptional support from Seiretto!

As the first level of local government in our town it was vital that our site had no down time.

We wished to change registrar to Seiretto and they helped us through checking all our settings were correct and that once the change had happened all data forwarded to our servers.

Support was available evenings and weekends and always very prompt

An email requesting an uplift on my reseller account was answered (to my amazement) on a Saturday evening and the uplift applied before I had even paid the invoice; excellent service

I have hosted with Seiretto for around five years now and have nothing but praise for the service they provide. If there are problems (which is rare) they respond quickly and efficiently. I have recently recommended them to a client who I am confident will enjoy the same great service.

We've been with Seiretto for around 5 years but will be moving away soon. Our need for storage has grown and despite tumbling storage costs in that period, the disk space included in our package has not increased, neither has the cost of additional storage reduced. We can get more than ten times the disk space for half the price elsewhere. If you are certain that you only need the meagre space allowance you get with Seiretto then I can recommend them; if not, then look elsewhere.

Excellent service. I had a temporary bandwith demand which threatened to exceed my limit. I was given an additional allocation for a month free of charge. Well impressed.

Sieretto have been the most helpful and responsive Company we have ever used. We do not have a large spend with this company but their rapid response, information and assistance cannot be beaten.
I would recommend their services to anyone after any sort of Server/ISP/Hosting/DNS service, especially for anyone needing a '.GOV' internet service (of any type) - go to Sieretto first.

I noticed that my web site (hosted by Seirtto) was not responding. I fired off a support ticket and within minutes I received a response stating that they were looking into the problem. And within a couple of minutes after that, I got a message telling me that it was now fixed. So lightning fast response.

Also, it is quite rare that the web server plays up, though.

I have been using Seiretto for eight years and their service has been consistently excellent. I can recommend them without reservation.

Always polite and helpful, and hosting is totally reliable. I can't fault them.

After the server change I had a low priority query but, even though support must have been up to their eyes in requests, I got a full answer within 45 minutes.

I've been dealing with Seiretto for over 10 years and they have never failed my business's or the company's I have presented to them. Service queries are instant, any infrastructure changes to enhance the service provided are advised well in advance why I don't know as they are seamless hence I would say 5x9 99.999 uptime to the end user and their business's. Well done, will be renewing both my firms again this year.

We have used this company now for over a year now to manage the DNS records of some of our academic domain names, and as they offer this free of charge (not on all domains, just .ac.uk and .gov.uk I think) it makes them the most cost effective host for our purposes. Great service, thanks!
