Had my gen 2 orange monster serviced and the second hand repaired unfortunately when I got the watch back it kept stopping. I contacted Seiko service centre and they responded immediately asking me to return the watch. It took a week to get the watch back with a new face and hands fitted. Very satisfied with the customer service given the number of watches they must receive daily. Thankyou.
I bought a second hand Seiko astron limited edition and I had no idea how to set the date and day as it needed recalibrating as previous owner had it tucked away.
I called the branch in London were it was bought from and they kindly passed me the number to the customer service team and I received a call back from Rob who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on how to put this right and stayed on the phone with me until it was sorted. Really fantastic customer service and care, I'm grateful for this, thank you.

I can't thank Seiko enough for their excellent customer service, I had bought a clock from a local jewellers & the pendulum stopped working just before the guarantee ran out, I took the clock back to the retailer only to be told the shop had been sold & their attitude was appalling, they literally sent me away with a broken clock still under guarantee. I wrote to Seiko who asked me to return the clock for them to look at it (by now the guarantee had ran out). I boxed it up & returned it. After a couple of weeks I received an email to say they were sending me a new clock which arrived 2 days later.
Seiko offered a 1st class service with fantastic customer service from start to finish. Their correspondence was on point.
I wouldn't hesitate in buying from Seiko again & would highly recommend them.

I own a “vintage” Seiko pilot chronograph from the mid 90’s which had lived in a drawer for over 20 years as it had stopped working. I tried to resurrect it three years ago but was told by the Seiko dealer locally that parts were no longer available. Later Google searches all led to the same conclusion.
I called Seiko UK a few weeks ago, expecting to be told the same, however having had it for only two weeks, miraculously their watchmaker has managed to not only get it going, but has fully serviced and cleaned it, and given it a year’s warranty. It looks pristine and practically brand new! I couldn’t be more pleased with the high level of customer service, the lovely conversations with the ladies on reception, and the final outcome of having a watch with great sentimental value being restored.

Fantastic service from the whole team. I was cared for and respected through every step when my vintage Seiko was sent in. When Hazel emailed me back to say that they would be very pleased to take a look at the possibility of repair I was over the moon. I’ve worn the watch for almost 30 years and it looked like there was no hope of repair when it started to lose time due to parts not available. Hazel and the team kept in contact through the whole process with updates. They went over and above with fixing the bracelet too. It couldn’t be happier with this team!

I sent my watch to Seiko, asking them to repair the bracelet. Their first response was that the replacement part was no longer available. They offered to supply a leather strap, a proposal which I accepted reluctantly. They then wrote again, saying they had managed to find a part from an ex-display model. I readily accepted the offer and the watch and bracelet were returned to me in sparkling condition.

I have a Seiko divers watch from the 1970s I had the battery changed and reseal by a specialist in the past I lost Day and date function. Seiko service do not normally do vintage watches but said they would do their best, the watch is now fully functional and returned promptly

I received a prompt response to my email request for spare parts the customer service rep advised me to send pictures and detail my watch model number etc.
A return email provided all the info I required and options to obtain the parts.
The customer service team made every effort to resolve my request, they were courteous generous and diligent resolving my request at the earliest opportunity.

I recently sent my Seiko SPB255J1 in for warranty service due to accuracy issues, and I'm thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.
Hazel Welch and the customer service team provided excellent communication throughout the process. The watch was booked into their system efficiently, and I was kept informed at every stage.
The turnaround time was fantastic, much quicker than I anticipated. The movement service was thorough and included a complete accuracy regulation, water resistance testing to 200m, and all functional checks. The watch came back beautifully packaged and is now running with exceptional accuracy.
The quality of work by Seiko UK's watchmakers is outstanding. The movement feels like new, and I'm confident it will serve me well for years to come.

Sent my 62 Mas watch for a service. Good communication. Prompt dispatch after service. Watch came back looking like new and more or less perfectly regulated - gaining less than a second a day. This seems exceptional for the 6R35 movement, which doesn't have a stellar reputation for accuracy. Very pleased with the overall experience.

My husband’s watch started to become unreliable just 3 months out of the guarantee. It was a birthday present and he had been very pleased with it and had just paid for a lifetime battery replacement. I wrote to Seiko and told them of his disappointment and asked if they could possibly repair it under the expired guarantee but they went better than that and replaced it. Unbelievable generosity and customer care.

Seiko Servicing undertook a Service and repair on my watch which my local jeweller advised was beyond repair. But it's a beautiful watch and I value it highly. Seiko did a brilliant job on the watch at a most reasonable fee. It was returned working perfectly and looked brand new. Thank you Seiko Servicing.

Don't buy Seiko clocks....told by Seiko UK that they don't stock spare parts and only just replace faulty clocks that are still under warranty.
This means that if spare parts are needed, independent clock repairers can't buy what they need.
A total write off.
Never buy Seiko clocks.
