I paid through debit card and then they cancelled my order, yelled at me on the phone, and then when I called to ask for a refund they kept saying they would call me back and reassuring me that they will figure it out. Never ONCE called me back. Awful awful people. Do not order from them
horrible experience with a company which claims to be the no 1 online pharmacy in Pakistan. CSRs are really helpful but pharmacists are an absolute joke. 25 calls and 03 days of ping pong and headeffing later, they still wouldn't recognise my prescription. Its almost like asking them to attend my Doctor's appointment on my behalf so they can can recognise the prescription. I would highly encourage you all to avoid this joke of a company.
