In a day and age that customer service in America seems to have fallen by the wasteside, this company operates on a higher level. My issue was resolved within a few hours. Some months ago I made contact with Segpay as I was still being billed monthly for a cancelled subscription. I was assured by a member of the billing support team in July that no further payments would be made, also confirming the subscription expired on 26th February. In August a further payment was taken from my account, the seventh payment since the subscription was cancelled. I have sent 3 emails in the past month to ask for an update, one of which asking for the matter to be escalated to the complaints handling team and I have patiently awaited a response. None of this emails have been acknowledged.
It would be great to have this issue resolved and the owed money returned to me.

Help cancelling membership
I needed to cancel my membership to a site. There was a problem, the membership was paid with PayPal, which isn't one of the ways you can search for your membership in SegPay. I chatted with support, and they helped in finding and cancelling my membership
