SCAMMERS! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND HEARTBURN.

I ordered a leaf blower with 'upgrade', "Risk Free Returns" and "lifetime warranty" for $200. If I could give negative stars I would. I received a piece of junk that doesn't run more than a couple of minutes, even when only using for very SHORT bursts as instructed. It is advertised with 45 minute run time.... but you get less than 5 minutes. I tried to return, and they refused. I filed a dispute with CC company and THEN they said... well ok... you can return it in original packaging (it came in a freaking black plastic bag that could not be reused) and they want me to return it to CHINA at my expense... although it was shipped to me from California (where I also am). THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. They only want your money and offer CRAP in return. They should be banned from selling in the USA.

I purchased two of the blowers to clear…

I purchased two of the blowers to clear leaves from the yard. Each of the blowers would run for 2-3 seconds and stop. They would run for another few seconds when I pressed the trigger, and stop again. I sent an email to Seese, but no reply. I just found they require any request for return to be within 48 hours of receipt, and if approved for return, the blowers must be unused. How was I to know they would not work if I did not try them. Extremely poor customer service, and totally unacceptable return policy. Liveand learn.

I purchased 3 pairs of sandals

I purchased 3 pairs of sandals, all different colour's and in a size 9 (normally size 40)
When they arrived on 4th October 2024, two pairs were the same colour, all size 41, and two pairs coming apart.
I contacted company, who refuse to fully refund my items even when their website states this is their policy.
Each reply I receive is from a different named person, with different options.
I will never purchase from this company again and have made complaints to fair trading, and consumer ombudsman.

THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE TO ORDER FROM… they do not deliver the right products & refuse to provide full refund even though none of my order has ever been received. 😡

* Ordered 2 pairs of heeled shoes
* Received 2 pairs of FLAT shoes exactly same as each other (including colour!) / neither are the colour I ordered 🤯
* Quality is poor and not as advertised
* Emailed requesting full refund due to receiving completely wrong order - told only able to refund $33 USD (the total order was $83 USD) and I could keep the (rubbish shoes) they sent which are ugly! My refund request was for the full $83 USD and a return paid postage so I return the rubbish I received! No matter how many ways I have reminded them they have not even sent me ANYTHING I ordered so it is actually illegal for them not to refund my full amount. They just keep telling me that they will only refund $35 USD and to keep the shoes I absolutely do not want!!

SHESSEASON are nothing short of SCAMMERS!

Useless
A simple question if the cover was included. But after a dozen emails the question wasn’t answered.
Awful customer Service. And although I wanted to buy it. The customer service tells me the product is bad

They need closing

The company can improve if they are closed down immediately, they are Disgraceful people. My bank has assured me that this company has been paid for the items I ordered (which I’ve never received), but the company are denying that I’ve paid any money to them, even though I’ve sent them proof with a statement from my bank. I’ve sent the proof three times now but they are still saying they’ve not had my money and my order was cancelled anyway. I’d advise everyone to stay well clear of Seeseasee, they are liars and just want your money. They don’t deserve even a 1 star.

They don’t deserve a star review

They don’t deserve a star review. I ordered2 pans that were advertised as high quality clay material and they added that they do business with a conscience!! It took 3 weeks to arrive and they are cheap metal (thin) tin. Nothing like the pan advertised! I also wrote a review but they obviously deleted it and there are no other reviews!!

SCAM..

SCAM... SCAM...SCAM

WAS SENT A PAN NOTHING LIKE THE ITEM ADVERTISED... on top of this it was bashed. Told me if I leave a positive review I can have my money back. Then decided I wasn't allowed this and they wanted the item returned. They have a uk returns address. That they don't want you to send it to.

Terrible , I ordered a vacuum sealer and 100 bags .The bags turned up but no machine .very poor communication from the company. Stay well clear .
