Seel is a Scam!

I paid for protection and a $43 tray arrived damaged/broken corner. Seel refunded me just under $10—basically what I paid for the worry free protection! Scam!!

So then they follow up via email offering a 50% refund for a broken item. What is the point of paying for protection?! Laughable. I will be opting out of this scam coverage in the future.

Seel is a scam

Seel is a scam. They make you go through all sort of documentations when they advertise “worry-free” after you submitted your documents they required you to get notarized ONLINE only not even in person. This is a SCAM! Not worry-free! DO NOT GET SEEL!

I had a really positive experience with…

I had a really positive experience with the Worty Free insurance from SEAL. The reimbursement process was surprisingly fast and smooth. After submitting my claim, everything was handled efficiently, and I received my refund much quicker than expected.

The whole process felt straightforward, with clear communication and no unnecessary delays. It’s reassuring to see a service that actually delivers on its promises when you need it most. Definitely a reliable option if you’re looking for peace of mind when placing orders.

Piss poor backup on delivery and customer service to back up. Order was very poor.

You guys had a shipping issue so therefore, instead of getting my order for a cause that I feel very strongly about I got my money back. I am grateful for that, but I am very disappointed in the fact that you guys could not deliver the product you guys said you could, nor in the timely manner in which it was guaranteed this does not reflect on you as being very reputable company, which makes me very sad that you are offering the services that you are when asked, can you just re-shipped the order you said no will give you your money back. I’m not OK with that. I ordered it because I wanted it not because I wanted a refund.

Claim handled perfectly…

I had to use the Seel worry--free-service recently due to a damaged package; their agent responded quickly with a solution!! Refund coverage was quickly issued for my claim…I am satisfied with their service!!!
