I purchased a ladder advertised to hold 150kg, but I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Weighing 92kg, I expected it to be stable, yet it bows significantly during use, making me feel unsafe. Despite trying it for basic tasks, the lack of stability is alarming. I strongly advise against purchasing this ladder; it does NOT deliver on its promises and poses significant safety risks. Look for a more reliable option!

They don't even deserve 1 star it would be negative rating if i could. orded a product from sedyonline . they put the wrong delivery address on it. They have been blaming the courier company and will not take any responsibility for it . Plus they accused me of lying about the package being delivered when the courier sent them the delivery conformation it was clearly not my address same street and house number but 3 hour away from me . They will not send me a replacement

If I'd read these reviews first I probably wouldn't have purchase from Sedyonline! But, i didn't and i did purchase!

I didn't buy anything substantial, just some large metal drip trays for the garage. Was going to buy plastic ones from S'cheap but ppl commented they broke if you stood/drove over them. Then I found these large metal ones. 4 S'cheap ones would've cost $100 and these 4 metal ones were $58 including delivery.

Value for money for mine.

I'm very happy with the trays and delivery by Aus Post was as advised and ontime.

Like I said, a pretty basic product but all good in terms of price, quality and delivery.

I was a little apprehensive at first after reading the bad reviews but the only issue I had was lack of communication other than that the product I purchased is fantastic cant believe how good of quality for what I paid. Purchased a 12 ton press unit.
Once I spoke to someone on pick up they were polite and courteous even when I called in to pick up very helpful. The warehouse is bloody huge no wonder they may get things wrong but overall I had no issues and would shop there again.

ordered item. got a delivery from another company, but they have the same tracking number. post office took photo when they left the package. clearly shows one item in a small box. Requested refund from Sedyonline and they decline saying it was delivered and I signed for it. I did not sign. Sedyonline is a joke. Stay away people.

If only I could give Sedyonline a minus 100 ! Truly, terrible. Item ordered over three weeks ago and forget about customer service!

advertising goods, placing an order, paying for goods, email received saying goods not available, Requested a refund, no communication back, Same goods still being advertised. won't answer phone calls

Pump leaked from first use , promised to supply new pump quoted 2 / 3 weeks but 6 weeks later no pump and stopped communicating and nil response to messages.
