En oprofessionell och nedslående upplevelse/Unprofessional and disappointing experience
Levererade inte enligt överenskommelse. Kommunikationen var bristfällig och jag fick själv lägga mycket tid på att försöka rätta till det som saknades.
När det väl levererades så var varorna av låg kvalitet, en gick sönder efter 5 dagar, 1 vara var fel färg.
Eftersom att det är i princip omöjligt att få tag i kundtjänst så gav jag upp och beställde från ett seriöst företag istället med utmärkt kvalitet.
-Sammantaget gör detta att jag inte kan rekommendera företaget till andra.

When it was finally delivered, the items were of poor quality — one broke after 5 days, and one was the wrong colour.
Since it’s basically impossible to get in touch with customer service, I gave up and ordered from a reputable company instead, with excellent quality.
- Overall, I cannot recommend this comapany based on my experience.
