Very disappointed and wasted my time
I contacted this company yesterday and received emails and even was able to speak to someone via their google calls for a meeting to answer some questions. I followed all of the instructions and paid and was sent the contract this morning, it is in French. I sent them an email this morning and asked if the contract could be sent another way as I need to be able to translate it to know what I am signing. I didn't hear back, so I booked another Google call for 1:45pm my time. I was waiting for over 25 minutes on the call, nobody bothered showing up. I have sent further emails, no one has bothered responding. I am extremely disappointed with this lack of follow up support after payment was made. At least I haven't signed the contract so therefore they will be unable to continue to take payments from me. I'm not sure why they would do this to people because clearly there is a need for the service and people want to pay for it, so just provide what we pay for please!

Very difficult to end the contract with them, I send them repeated emails to end my domiciliation contract, but they never did, and keep charging from my card.
They say to send us some postcards. They accepted all processes of the contract online, when do they need a postcard for ending the contract?. The sending of postcards will charge you more than the monthly contract fee.

After reviewing the process, I did find that the person in charge of my case was not behaving in a manner that reflected other workers in the same compagny and the issue has been addressed.
Indeed, they ask your documents for free but when you need their Kbis which is free you have to pay for it ? A shame !! Obviously, the person in charged of this case was misinformed about how to proceed with clients and help them. It is not, however, a general case as I found out later.

Nevertheless, we understood your situation and that's why my colleague Lucie had refunded you the price of the KBIS you have bought on infogreffe.
