We had a great experience with this facility in Fairfield, Ca. The staff was very helpful in making our reservation and getting us the best price. The site is covered and clean. Also there’s a manger who lives on site so it feels pretty secure.

Really great customer service that goes above the standard, the storage units are clean and they spay the unit before you unload your items. Very helpful and kind, I really appreciate the service here

Even though this is a franchise, Ian and Chelsea Dunlap in Herndon, Virginia were so friendly and helpful they made it feel like a small family business. I’ve very glad I chose this company.

This review is long overdue… I’ve been a customer of the Carter Street location in Daly City for over a year now. Joel, Ines and Joseph are great to do business they are knowledgeable of their location site, welcoming, and offer moving vans and trucks if needed. This location is clean and safe and even has a donation station on-site.
The only inconvenience for me is the semiannual rental increase, I am on a fixed income. My overall experience has been and continues to be a positive one. I highly recommend this location if you are by the Crocker-Amazon or Bayshore area. You will not be disappointed with the quality of service from management here.
