World Class Services
Markilux Awning, Spoke to Manufacturer regarding a motor Markilux will only give me a number for installers spoke to 2 different company wanted to charge me £2500 all most fell of my chair. After numerous calls to Markilux finally I got a model number for the motor spoke to Somfy again same problem only sells through installers no help whatsoever. After speaking to Jeanette from Security Direct with model number she called me and emailed me next day as promised with a price of £384.00 I asked her if she could advise me to how to install she found a youtube video. I got it installed for £50.00. World class service from start to finish highly recommended A big thanks to Jeanette and Ollie

New roller door parts
Bought a new motor for my garage door from a local supplier but it came without the necessary attachments , rang security direct spoke to one of the sales person who was really helpful, paid for the items, they arrived 24hrs later, can't thank the company enough will.definatley recommend and use again

My experience with Security Direct Products was entirely positive for a balcony shutter.
Ollie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and informative, from the point of ordering to keeping us informed on delivery schedules, measuring and fitting instructions.
When the shutter arrived on time it fitted perfectly. I did though, need to call Ollie for a little more advice (my fault for not reading instructions properly). Which he gave gladly.

Quick online quotes, with excellent, timely human responses to subsequent questions.
Delivery time was notified ahead and driver was helpful.
Only downside was unhelpful shipping documents which didn't permit checking of the delivered packages against an itemised list.
