Outstanding Service and Integrity – Thank You, Dan!
I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dan, my Ghost Immobiliser engineer, for his truly outstanding support and professionalism. Dan went above and beyond in his aftercare service, standing up for me in a situation where Land Rover mechanics repeatedly, and incorrectly blamed my vehicle issues on the Ghost system.
Despite being under no obligation to get involved, Dan showed up on-site and calmly challenged the mechanics, requesting they provide actual evidence that the Ghost was the source of the issue. Unsurprisingly, they couldn't, in fact, the Land Rover team were able to reprogram the vehicle keys without needing to deactivate the Ghost, proving that Dan was called out without cause.
When Land Rover then attempted to shift the cost of this unnecessary callout to me due to the third-party installation, Dan stood his ground and made it clear that the fault lay with their own team’s negligence. He refused to let them pass the buck, ultimately saving me hundreds of pounds. Land Rover eventually conceded. Needless to say a massive win.
Dan’s actions speak volumes about his integrity, technical knowledge, honesty, and sense of fairness. He didn’t have to go the extra mile for me, but he chose to. And that choice reflects his exceptional professionalism and deep commitment to his clients.
I can’t recommend Dan highly enough. If you’re considering a Ghost Immobiliser, choose someone who truly stands by their work and their clients - choose Dan.
